Our headquarters at 20540 Manor Road places us at the geographic center of our service area, and Shorewood is the community we know most intimately. Shorewood sits on the eastern edge of Lake Minnetonka, occupying a wooded, rolling landscape between Excelsior to the west, Minnetonka to the north, and Chanhassen to the south. The city's roughly 7,500 residents live primarily in single-family homes on wooded lots ranging from half an acre to several acres. This is not a subdivision community. It is a collection of individually built homes set among mature hardwoods, with properties that slope, curve, and present the kind of terrain that makes generic landscape solutions impossible.

Christmas Lake, tucked into Shorewood's southeastern corner, is one of the region's most pristine private lakes. Properties along its shore command among the highest values in the city, and the landscape expectations match. The Shady Island area, the neighborhoods along Strawberry Lane, and the homes lining Smithtown Road each have their own character, and we have built projects in all of these areas.
